PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — When Providence police officer Corey Nichols learned someone had stolen a boy’s bicycle last week, he knew he had to do something.
The patrolman explained that the 12-year-old was riding his bicycle after school and had stopped at a store to pick up some snacks.
Nichols said the boy bought his snacks and left the store, only to find that his bicycle wasn’t where he’d left it.
“While taking the report, I could see just how upset he was,” Nichols recalled…
