BARRINGTON, R.I. (WPRI) — If you were up early on Sunday, you may have seen something bright shooting across the sky.
A fireball was caught on a security camera around 4 a.m. in Barrington.
The same fireball was reported in Exeter, Somerset, and as far away as Maine.
Meteorologist T.J. Del Santo said it’s likely a piece of space rock burning up in the atmosphere.
