Massachusetts woman allegedly breaks into home, bites woman’s lip

MILFORD, Mass. (WWLP) – A Worcester woman was arrested Sunday after police were called to a home in Milford for a woman with a severe facial injury.

According to Milford Police, the woman had been attacked by another woman and two men during a breaking and entering around 3:00 a.m. The suspect, Valdirene Da Cruz Santos of Worcester, allegedly bit the woman’s face during the break-in, causing a deep laceration to the woman’s upper lip.

Santos was arrested a short time later by patrol officers and has been charged with the following:

  • Mayhem
  • Assault and Battery, Seriously Bodily Injury
  • Breaking and Entering/Nighttime to Commit Felony

The victim was treated by paramedics that were called to the home. The two men allegedly involved in the breaking and entering were also arrested and will be charged.
