EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Traffic was at a standstill on I-195 East due to a rollover crash Tuesday evening.
12 News saw a white pickup truck on its roof in the middle of the highway near Exit 2A. There appeared to be three cars involved in the crash.
