Patrol officers have placed a repeat offender under arrest for a car break following a shoplifting investigation. Shortly after midnight on February 6th, south-end patrol units were assisting Dartmouth police. Dartmouth officers were investigating a shoplifting incident at the Cumberland Farms on Rockdale Ave. and seeking assistance with locating their suspect.
