Lincoln police announced it has arrested a man accused of larceny and fleeing from police Thursday night. Police said that they were called to Planet Fitness on Route 116 for a report of a man that stole a sweater and a set of car keys. The suspect, later identified as Brayan Ullopelaez of Danbury, Connecticut, then fled in a vehicle.
