DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) – A Fall River woman is in custody after attempting to elude police in a stolen vehicle Friday. Janessa Quino, 21, was the subject of an attempted stop by Dartmouth police on Old Westport Road while driving a 2007 Toyota Corolla after police learned the vehicle was reported stolen.
