PAWTUCKET, RI (WJAR) – Neighbors tonight are discussing what Pawtucket city leaders should do about parking bans during snowstorms. Laura Burkett, a Pawtucket resident and business owner said she received a $100 parking ticket while a parking ban was in effect. But according to Burkett, the snow didn’t begin until 12 hours after her ticket was issued.
