EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – The East Providence Police Department said a 44-year-old city man was charged with firearm and narcotics charges. Vazquez Ayala was charged with manufacturing, selling, and possession with intent to manufacture cocaine and heroin, possession of a firearm by person convicted of a violent crime, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a large capacity feeding device, and warrant of arrest on an affidavit.
