PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – Helene hit Florida as a Category 4 storm, and has now weakened on land. The storm brought hundred plus mile per hours wind and serious storm surge. As of right now, service FlightAware is reporting canceled a total of four flights this morning from Providence, with more expected as the storm continues.
