(WJAR) – Pawtucket police have arrested two individuals on narcotics and animal cruelty charges following the removal of eleven dogs from a home on Tuesday. Police responded to a home on Don Court to execute a search warrant as part of a narcotics investigation. The location was suspected of allegedly distributing cocaine, according to police.
