NORTH SMITHFIELD – Friends and family are mourning the loss of a 42-year-old man who died following an accident at a track in Massachusetts on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Jeffrey Cabral, a North Smithfield resident originally from Taunton, Mass., reportedly hit a bump while riding a dirt bike with his 17-year-old son. At the time, the pair was visiting the MX23 track in Brookfield, Mass.
