LINCOLN – Lincoln resident Peter has entered the 2024 presidential race, and according to his campaign manager and owner Kara Nadeau, his favorability ratings are sky-high. Peter is an 8-year-old three-legged mutt originally rescued from Tennessee, but he’s lived in Lincoln since Nadeau adopted him from Little Rhody Rescue in 2018.
