A Fall River woman has been charged after vandalism took place at a city business. According to Det. Lieutenant Moses Pereira, at just after 8:45 a.m., on Monday, units were dispatched to the Southcoast Marketplace in response to a report of a woman vandalizing the windows at TJ MAXX with spray paint.
