NEW BEDFORD (WBSM) – Over 200 individuals experiencing homelessness on the SouthCoast were helped by an event earlier this week in New Bedford. On October 23, Rise Up for Homes convened over 40 agencies and organizations in the New Bedford YMCA gym for the ninth annual New Bedford Connect event.
