NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) – A school van driver was arrested on Oct. 29 by Massachusetts State Troopers for alleged operating under the influence with students on board. Massachusetts State Police said 34-year-old Rebecca Shing, of Somerset, is charged with OUI alcohol and four counts of child endangerment OUI alcohol.
