PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – A Cranston man who served six years in prison for a 2012 bank robbing spree has admitted to robbing one of the banks a second time in 2019. Justin Worley, 44, known as the “Bearded Bandit” told a federal judge that he robbed an East Providence bank on New Year’s Eve in 2019.
