(WLNE) – When most think of Halloween they think of candy, but Chevy’s Ice Cream in Bellingham is bringing the haunts to life with an all-out display. “My father opened Chevy’s Ice Cream in 2012, he kind of did it to get himself on the map and get recognized, it was large like this right out of the gate and as I now know, this is an enormous undertaking,” Owner Shayna Murray said.
