(WPRI) — Mystic Aquarium is looking for help naming its male northern fur seal pup that was born last year.
The aquarium said staff members chose their five favorite names, and the winner will be decided by the public.
The seal’s possible names are:
- Tulok, which means “warrior”
- Irniq (Irni for short) which means “son”
- Akiak (Aki for short) which means “brave”
- Pakak (Pak for short) which means “one who gets into everything”
- Denahi (Denny for short) which means “brother bear”
