“When landlords allow their properties to fall into disrepair and become blight on the neighborhood, the City may come in after necessary notice and clean the property, and then place a lien on it.
In the second quarter of Fiscal 2025, the City issued 12 correction notices and performed cleanups at 10 properties, placing a combined $13,955.92 in tax liens against the property owners. Check out a few pictures of some of the cleanup work City crews performed over the last few months.
