FALL RIVER, Mass. (WWLP) – A Fall River man has been charged with a drug trafficking offense after allegedly shipping a package of cocaine from California to Massachusetts.
Justin Dupras, 42, was charged in federal court in Boston on Friday based on events occurring in mid-December 2024.

The charging document said that on December 17, Dupras mailed two kilograms of cocaine in a package from a post office in Los Angeles to Fall River. Dupras returned to Mass. and retrieved the package at the Fall River Post Office on December 19, although another individual signed for the package.
Additional documentation alleges that Dupras also mailed packages in this way on prior occasions. On September 17, 2024, records show that Dupras mailed a box containing more than two kilograms of cocaine from Chino Hills, Calif. to Fall River.
