Rhode Island State Police identified four suspects arrested after a pursuit that ended in Providence.
Officials said four suspects—23-year-old Reily Liriano Elena, 22-year-old Henry Batista Mackensy, 24-year-old Anderson Torres Cepin and 25-year-old Jason Vargas Gome, all of Bronx, New York— were involved in a vehicle pursuit after they allegedly stole a package from a FedEx driver in Harvard, Massachusetts.
