Greater New Bedford could see about 3 to 5 inches of snow this long weekend , according to the National Weather Service’s latest forecast.
The region will be in a Winter Weather Advisory from 1 p.m. today until 7 a.m. on Monday. The snow is expected to start falling tonight into Monday morning, the NWS said, with temperatures dropping into the teens and winds gusting as high as 23 mph.
