(WJAR) — The Maura Healey administration announced a bill on Tuesday that aims to modernize public higher education in Massachusetts.
She made the announcement in Bridgewater at the campus of Bridgewater State University.
The $2.5 billion bill will add capital improvements to the UMass System, state universities, and community colleges.
