PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — It may not have been a replay of the Blizzard of 1978 but the overnight snowfall was enough to require streets, highways and parking lots to be plowed and cause parking bans, delays, closings and cancelations.
As sunrise hit Southeastern New England mostly light snow was still falling in some areas.
Main highways were mostly clear, though not all neighborhood streets were cleared down to pavement, curb-to-curb, as NBC 10’s Mike Cerullo reported from a Warwick neighborhood at 9:00 am…
