BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WPRI) — A 63-year-old man from Massachusetts died after he was discovered on a Burrillville hiking trail with a sizeable tree branch on top of him Friday afternoon.
Burrillville police said the man was hiking on Nipmuc Trail . The victim’s family went looking for him after he didn’t return home and found him around 4:30 p.m. unconscious on the trail under a branch.
