Residents speak out over rising energy bills

WARWICK, R.I. (WJAR) — On Monday, the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission held a public hearing where Rhode Islanders voiced their opinions on the high electric rates.

The meeting came as the commission is expected to approve a decrease in the cost of electricity– listed as “supply” on your Rhode Island Energy bill.
