(WJAR) — House of Hope said the Echo Village Pallet shelters in Providence are nearing capacity after one month of opening.
Tuesday marked one month of opening of the Pallet shelter village on Victor Street. The project was held up for months due to fire code issues.
According to the nonprofit running the Pallet shelters, this week will be the last week of the phased move-in process.
