Massachusetts “The Voice” contestant to perform during battle rounds

BOSTON (WWLP) – A singer living in Massachusetts is competing in “The Voice” during the battle rounds on Monday night.

During the blind auditions, Naomi Soleil performed her version of the song “Stars” by Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, an American rock band formed in 2002 in Vermont. Just seconds before Naomi finished singing, coaches Adam Levine and Michael Bublé hit the red button to turn their chairs around, making her able to join a team.
