SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WJAR) — A tractor-trailer jackknifed off the median on I-295 south in Smithfield Wednesday morning, promoting a one-lane closure.
According to the Rhode Island Department of Transportation, the incident happened near Exit 12B.
An NBC 10 News crew observed the tractor-trailer that had jackknifed into the wooded area off the highway.
