SCITUATE — Rhode Island State Police arrested a North Smithfield man Friday on charges related to electronic tracking of motor vehicles in a domestic case.
Jeremy Cote, 56, of 108 Mattity Road, was taken into custody at 11 a.m. following an investigation by troopers from the Scituate Barracks.
