A frontal boundary for the ages found itself draped across the Northeast yesterday. As Storm Team 10 forecasted, an impressive temperature spread of over forty degrees was recorded between Providence and New York City Saturday afternoon.
The northern extent of the frontal precipitation yielded several inches of snow for parts of Northern New England Friday night into Saturday, while others saw more of a wintry mix southward. Several resorts saw between 5-9″ of newly fallen snow, making for a fantastic Saturday on the slopes.
