PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A Pawtucket man has pleaded guilty to defrauding the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and the U.S. Treasury of more than $100,000, according to the office of Acting United States Attorney Sara Miron Bloom District of Rhode Island.
Reynaldo Martinez, 32, pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of conspiracy and one count each of misuse of a Social Security number and aggravated identity theft.
