PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WPRI) — Police have arrested a Plainfield man accused of setting a car on fire in Lincoln earlier this month.
Jeffrey Bowden, 38, was taken into custody in Connecticut Tuesday on charges stemming from a domestic violence investigation. Those charges include third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Bowden is also being charged as a fugitive from justice out of Rhode Island in connection with an arson investigation.
