PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Providence firefighters Ryan Colligan and Norm Gibbs didn’t flinch when a propane tank exploded directly beneath them Monday afternoon.
Colligan and Gibbs were climbing to the top of their ladder truck, which was situated over a burning Lubec Street home, at the time.
