(WJAR) — The man accused of hitting a police officer with his car in Johnston is out of the hospital and was supposed to appear in court on Monday morning.
Yet, on Monday, he wasn’t at Kent County Court.
The clerk told NBC 10 they cancelled his appearance for medical reasons, but couldn’t elaborate.
