MADISON, CT (WFSB) – A man from Rhode Island was arrested in Madison on weapons charges following a reported kidnapping.
State police identified the suspect as 23-year-old Angel Martinez of Providence.
Troopers said they received a “be on the lookout” broadcast on Thursday just before 2 p.m. about an armed kidnapping that happened in Providence.
“The BOLO was for a grey Jeep bearing RI registration plates and troopers began to patrol I-95 southbound in attempts to locate the vehicle,” Connecticut State Police said in their report…
