The state will build a new flyover bridge to link Route 4 North to I-95 South

A bevy of local, state and federal officials were on hand last week to break ground on the so-called “missing move” – ramps to fully connect I 95 and Route 4. The new ramps would end the traffic that now must cut through East Greenwich at Division Street and Route 2. It would make trips faster for those drivers and eliminate a whole lot of unnecessary local congestion…
