LINCOLN — Rhode Island State Police arrested eight people June 5 on charges ranging from drug trafficking to financial fraud.
The HIDTA Task Force arrested Milvio Ramirez, 30, of 147 Prudence Avenue, Apt. 1, Providence, on five counts of possession with intent to deliver Schedule II controlled substances.
