BOSTON (WPRI) – A federal judge has ordered Ralph DeLeo, a former reputed crime boss, to remain behind bars after FBI agents accused him of plotting to kill federal officials who put him behind bars years ago.
In the decision issued Tuesday, Maine U.S. District Judge Stacey Neumann found there was enough probable cause that DeLeo had violated the terms of his probation.
