PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A Pawtucket man was sentenced on Tuesday for defrauding the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and the U.S. Treasury of more than $100,000, according to the office of Acting United States Attorney Sara Miron Bloom.
Reynaldo Martinez, 32, was sentenced to 73 months and one day in jail, followed by three years of supervised release.
