PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Oakley loves making new friends.
That’s why her owner Andy Dewhirst decided to “meet her halfway.”
“When we first got Oakley … all she wanted to do was stick her nose under our gate so she could watch the traffic and pedestrians walking by,” Dewhirst explained. “So, we decided to cut a hole in our privacy fence and let Oakley see the world.”
