Providence police release bodycam video from West Friendship Street arrests

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — In a press conference on Monday, Providence Police Col. Oscar Perez addressed two separate incidents caught on camera in the last week, including one that resulted in an internal affairs investigation.

In the early morning hours of July 5, police made several arrests at a home on West Friendship Street after officers said residents and partygoers refused to comply with several noise complaints.
