NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (WPRI) — Despite the weather not being the best outside, today is the 36th Annual Governor’s Bay Day celebration.
Perks of the event include free parking at all state beaches and free round-trip bus service. The public can also take advantage of free saltwater fishing throughout the whole weekend.
