Centreville Bank Stadium to host food truck and craft beverage festival

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — The public is invited to a “day filled with food, fun and flavor” at Centreville Bank Stadium.

The Pawtucket Food Truck & Craft Beverage Festival will be held on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Organizers say the event will feature more than 20 food trucks, along with local breweries, vendors, and live music and entertainment.

The festival will be the “first-ever public non-sports event” held at the soccer stadium.

“We’re incredibly excited to open Centreville Bank Stadium’s doors to the community for something totally new,” General Manager Paul Byrne said in a press release. “This marks a new chapter for our venue—hosting events that go beyond sports and bring people together to enjoy the best of what Pawtucket and Rhode Island has to offer. This festival is the perfect way to kick it off.”…
