NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WPRI) — Police arrested a Providence man following a 47-mile chase that spanned from Kingston to New Bedford Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were called to a Kingston home to investigate after a resident reported there were several suspects in her backyard “actively stealing her jet ski and trailer,” according to police.
The officers arrived just as a pickup truck sped off with the stolen jet ski and trailer attached. Police said the truck did not have proper registration plates and had been reported stolen out of Rhode Island…
