FALL RIVER (WBSM) — A Texas man has been brought back to Massachusetts and arraigned on charges related to a series of violent sexual assaults on four female victims in New Bedford in 2013.
According to Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III, Orlando Robles, 51, was arraigned on July 30 on charges of kidnapping, two counts of rape, indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, nine counts of assault and battery, assault with intent to commit an indecent assault and battery, and use of a vehicle in commission of a crime.
Robles was ordered held without bail and will next appear in court on September 9.
