Driving down Jefferson Boulevard, you might be surprised to find a new single-family home next to Dean Warehouse. Its wooden exterior and freshly paved driveway are a dramatic contrast with the surrounding industrial parks and airport infrastructure.
Last week, Dean Warehouse announced the completion of its new accessory dwelling unit and invited state officials to be the first to view it. Excited chatter filled the tiny house’s kitchen as visitors gathered inside. The ADU is an 1,100 square foot single-family home that includes two bedrooms, a kitchen and living area and a bathroom. The front porch is large.
