BURRILLVILLE – The first seeds of what would one day grow to become Pascoag’s New Leaf Coffee Bar were planted when Burrillville native Guy Ceiley walked into Aero Coffee Roasters in Northborough, Mass. in 2023.
Jessica Shea was a barista there at the time, and the pair would get to know each other during what soon became frequent visits for a morning fix on Ceiley’s way to his job with a solar company. They exchanged numbers under the pretext that Ceiley was hoping for referrals for the business.
