Cranston police say suspect, victim arrived at scene of shooting together

CRANSTON, R.I. (WJAR) — Cranston police said Tuesday that they arrested a man accused in the shooting death of a teenager after they arrived together at an apartment complex. The killing was captured by a surveillance camera.

A 16-year-old boy from Providence, Eduardo Loran Colon, was found shot to death Monday at Pocasset Village apartments on Dyer Avenue. He had been shot in the chest.
